Technician (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, ICT)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Building Services/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic electrical skills for simple repairs and tests.
• Prefers working experience related to building maintenance with minimum 1 year.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily asset monitoring according to schedule and checklist items within the assigned period of time.
• Taking care of maintenance of each building, covering multiple trades (electrical, civil, mechanical, ICT)
• To assist management to monitor and verify all works of appointed sub-contractor and its staff on site.
• Daily reporting of assets monitoring.
• Assisting rectification team for any simple repairs.
• To carry out any other duties as required by superior or Top Management from time to time.
