Project / Site Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Engineers from Construction Industry & High Rise Projects.
• Possess own transport and able to travel outstation as and when required

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible to prepare and monitor shop drawing and materials submission, layout, specification, check design calculation, sub-contractor pricing and material pricings and control project plan
• To lead, coordinate and monitor site activities such as checking, inspection, measurement, and supervision of works to comply with specification, drawings, and programs.
• Attend audit interviews and all projects meeting i.e. progress meeting, safety meeting, and contractors’ meetings
• To prepare and update project schedule data and project status report.
• Provide value engineering, recommendation of suppliers, and sub-contractors to clients;
• Prepare daily report, site diary and weekly report and ensure the reports are correctly recorded.
• Ensure works complied with site HSE requirements.
• Responsible to plan and lead all the Civil/M&E services inspection, testing and commissioning.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time.
