Project Manager (Lift and Elevator)

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical),
  • Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 5 years of working experience in Lift & Elevator projects.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural/Infrastructure or equivalent

 

Responsibilities

  • To supervise and manage all site-based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work and managing the subordinates.
  • To monitor site activities such as checking, inspection, measurement, and supervision of works to comply with specifications, drawings, and programs to achieve target progress and quality.
  • Responsible in the procurement of materials, plant and machineries are managed and planned ahead for timely commencement and completion of work in accordance with code of practice.
  • Maintain the schedule and track progress, keeping records on file and copying weekly records to Head Office
  • Responsible for overall construction site planning, construction operations and activities, management, all relevant report, oversee budget control and project revenue.
  • Ensure work comply with site HSE requirements.
  • To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time.
