Project Admin Assistant
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Have good written and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team
- Have an eye for details
- Initiative, competence, flexibility and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- To prepare of weekly and monthly progress reports for the management and the client
- To report to HOD / Project Manager / Project Engineer / for the meeting schedule by Client
- To advise and alert the HOD / Project Manager at the schedules of appointments
- To prepare Minutes of Meeting
- To compound all sub-contractor and suppliers claims
- To compile and file all incoming and outgoing correspondences
- To answer all the incoming calls when the project team are not available in the office
- Handling other ad-hoc task from time to time.
