Project Admin Assistant

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Have good written and interpersonal skills
  • Work well in a team
  • Have an eye for details
  • Initiative, competence, flexibility and willingness to learn.

 

Responsibilities

  • To prepare of weekly and monthly progress reports for the management and the client
  • To report to HOD / Project Manager / Project Engineer / for the meeting schedule by Client
  • To advise and alert the HOD / Project Manager at the schedules of appointments
  • To prepare Minutes of Meeting
  • To compound all sub-contractor and suppliers claims
  • To compile and file all incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • To answer all the incoming calls when the project team are not available in the office
  • Handling other ad-hoc task from time to time.
