HR Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor staff leave
  • Prepare Weekly Staff movement.
  • Monitoring and processing of staff’s personal claim and Monthly Overtime Claim.
  • Monitor staff daily and monthly attendance.
  • To keep track and update of medical expenses for all staff.
  • Orientation conduction for new staff including issue of access card and other equipment required.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration function.
  • Handling other HR & Admin relate ad-hoc task from time to time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializes in Human Resources/Business Studies/Administration/Management.
